    Is Sps Feasible?

Hey, i am tring to find some articles on the web that say how space based solar satelites are not yet feasible. I did find an article that says SPS would lose half the energy it beams down but it is from 2009.. is this still ok? What are some key words i could google, or are there any articles/ cards anyone could share with me? Thank you!

    Keystone Solvency

I am in need of cards for the solvency of a case I'm writing. We are trying to say that we preserve keystone species and therefore prevent extinction. Does anyone have Solvency cards for this. Please PM me if you have cards like this.
  3. I'm running aquaculture and I'm not sure whether it would be a better idea to run IMTA as our solvency mechanism or NOAA implementing better regulations. What do you guys think would be the better option? Also, our modeling advantage states that China is going to model the US if it implements the plan--should we mention international fiat? Or should we simply add more cards about China going to model US?

    Does discourse truly solve?

When I was forming an answer to Alt doesn't solve for the K, I came to thinking, "Does this discourse doesn't solve argument apply to the 1AC?" Because the 1AC is engaging in discourse, so that must mean that the 1AC also does not solve. Is this right, or am I extending this beyond regular perceptions? Or is there something that says that philosophical discourse is ineffective and policy discourse, and passing of the 1AC, solves?

    LD advice

Ok so I'm an LDer and fell in love with the K at camp. However, I'm essentially a lone wolf and don't have much resources, so I'm deciding to invest my time in working on one solid K file. Which do you think is the most strategic to read - in terms of how many people prep it, how easy it is for opponents to understand, how many generic links there are, and how I can preclude the AC. Right now, I'm think of starting an OOO file, but feel free to change my mind.

    STEM AFFS

<script> </script> Hey, so i was looking at the Dartmouth STEM AFF and im kinda confessed as to why the plan text specifies that ESSA should fully fund title II and IV? the solvency cards are kinda no the best so why specify The United States federal government should fully fund grants for primary and secondary STEM education, including an emphasis on climate change and evolution, authorized by Title II and Title IV of the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015.
  7. So I'm a relatively new debater with a fair amount of experience in basic policy theory, and this past week we came up against a team that used four or five different government agencies to pass their solvency, enforce it, and be the administration for it. (they used the Department of Justice, Bureau of Asian Affairs, Department of Commerece, and Department of Treasury, as well as D.O.D.) Is there a tangible disadvantage to this, or is it just something that's not easy to attack?
