I recently came across an article in Popular Science about a mobile oceanic lab in the works called the SeaOrbiter. I think it would make a viable aff for next year. First of all, do you guys think it would be feasible, both IRL and/or as a plan, and more importantly do you happen to have any evidence or arguments for or against it?

This appears to just be starting to circulate among college debate forums and facebook groups. Please take a couple minutes to watch, share, like, etc this video. It is addressing the unjustified and racist backlash experienced by the 2014 CEDA champs and runner-ups, attempting to counter all of the negative media that the college debate community has been receiving recently.

In case anyone needs some help finding things to use for the September-October Lincoln-Douglas debate topic for 2014, I have made a file containing links to sources that could be helpful for your cases on both Affirmative and Negative. Anyone with this link can access the file on my Google Drive, so feel free to check them out! https://docs.google.com/document/d/1i43DBv51MZeO04Xo63wRLxtf1pEr_Z9lU7W4IbA_fik/edit?usp=sharing

Has anyone tried using any arguments in their cases about this topic involving xenotransplantation as an alternative to organ procurement, particularly Negative? How would you argue against it on Affirmative? I'm thinking about using it as an argument for one of my contentions on my Negative case. Would it be good to use, or is it a terrible idea?

This could actually happen. I apologize in advance. "Development and/or Exploration" implies you have to at least explore. You either explore or you Develop AND Explore Earth is One Ocean, the resolution says oceans, the resolution is flawed. USFG is Military. Resolution is flawed. The Earth does not own the oceans, people do Resolution is flawed. Consult Poseidon CP Please Add to this list. And Please never run these arguments.
