  1. For this example lets assume T is a voting issue. If you are aff, and the neg doesn't read any topicality violations in the 1NC, can you concede that your plan isn't topical to win no link on a disad? Or is that an automatic loss since you've conceded topicality? Thanks.
  2. What is suffiency framing? And my cp block says solvency isn't a yes-no question, why is that? If the aff team drops this framing, does that benfeit me at all, and if so how? Thanks.
  3. Ok, thanks for the help.
  4. Just realized I posted this twice, sorry.
  5. Is ASPEC saying they don't specify their agent, or that their plan should only be allowed to go through one branch of government? Also, what is Agent Counterplan? And what is Foreign Fiat? Thanks.

  7. I ran into a CP (for a traditional aff, not a K one) where they just took a bunch of immigration experts and consulted them about the plan, it was pretty abusive there was no real net benefit, so it was easy to counter.
  8. When u say continuous fiat is bad, do you mean it's bad to run a cp which relies on continuous fiat, or it's bad to argue, "continuous fiat bad"? Also for bureaucratic fiat, would an example of this be "We fiat Bernie Sanders and Obama endorse the plan" or something? Thx for your help.
  9. Thanks for the explanation. What about continuous fiat?
  10. We lost a round because we couldn't respond to it. Also, I've heard that there are many kinds of fiat that can be argued, so if you could say some other types that would be awesome.
