    PF Help

Hi there. I've posted once prior with some questions on PF and got some good help from the community. To make a long story short, I'm competing in college PF soon with little experience and almost no support network. I need a new perspective on the following topic. Resolved: For-profit schools should be illegal in the United States. The pro is almost certainly going to be minority equity. However, a clean 99% of all the literature we've found is pro lit. We've exhausted standard internet browsing, books, poured through several article databases and have determined that any Con lines of argument are almost completely baseless. In a prior tournament, we know a lot of Cons ran Federalism. We have a few problems with this argumentation; namely that we think it's almost effortless to beat. If anyone sees something I don't in this topic, on the Con side, a nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
  4. Hi there. From a college that has very little debate support. Me and a partner are doing PF at a tournament autonomously. The only debate either of us have done is on policy-only HS teams. We were hoping to verify with an outside source (again, VERY shallow support network) about the way the debates are framed. 1. If a rez is worded as '[thing] should be banned in the U.S.'. Does that actually imply the USFG as an actor? If the rez was about, say, abortions, would Federalism be a legit con strategy? 2. Is FIAT a thing in PF? Does its use differ going from CX to PF? 3. If I were to construct and attach cases here on CX.com, is that something people would offer critiques on? Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
