This one goes out to the sewers. The aff has no plan text, but if one wanted to add one i'm sure you can make one. The affirmative is all about a personal INVESTMENT in the darker underside of our infrastructure, saying that while most conceptions of transportation infrastructure like to look at the top side of things and imagine the roads and what not as something we drive over... this aff looks underneath and understand it not only as transportation but also life support for those without homes. - FULLY ENDORSED BY Brian D. Gonzaba and ready to be run right now!

WORKS FOR EVERY RESOLUTION
LAY JUDGES CAN LOVE THIS ARGUMENT TOO – SO DO LIBERAL POLICY MAKERS… SOMETIMES – K JUDGES LIKE THIS A LOT – WHITE SUPREMACISTS, PROBABLY NOT.
This File is a strait up head shot disad/2ac frontline to every big stick impact in the tubs, it talks about how fear mongering politics is what allows us to become slaves to principles of unjust tyrannical politics. This can have a couple of implications…
A. the state is bad and it shouldn’t control us
B. Policies should be made but they just shouldn’t be made as a means to fuck over other people, or the justifications should be thought about before passing them.
This is something really good to include in the 1nc, because they probably don’t have adequately blocked out answers to big stick impact turns that don’t start with the words “A. interpretationâ€
The impacts are true, and some of the older pieces of evidence actually predicted some of the things that are going on right now in our current situations i.e. the Arab Spring, government shutdown etc.
Even if they win that their “impact†outweighs, odds are they’ll concede that the impact is a lie…
Things to know:
1. This is a dis ad not a k, it definitely has some very critical implications to it but it is run as a reason to show why the plan shouldn’t be preferred and why the affirmative is a pair of lying ass hat conservative lobbyists that feast on the souls of dead children. if they run framework against you, this gives you the perfect opportunity to show your judge just how stupid the affirmative is, and it’s a testament to why their framework arguments are too exclusive in the first place.
2. This file also doubles as an answer to disadvantages that claim big stick impacts if you have a middle of the road k aff.
3. EVEN IF YOU DON’T RUN THIS AS THE FILE HAS IT PUT TOGETHER, THESE ARE STILL REALLY GOOD CARDS TO HAVE I PROMISE
my personal favorite part of this is the 2nc overview
This works really well against single-issue role of the ballot claims i.e. “this debate should be about (insert method here)â€
It also works for when they claim something like “competing methods†in the 1ac or “who best†type statements.
The basic premise of the argument is that
1. Issues shouldn’t be pitted against one another in competition
2. all ways of addressing social problems and perspectives should be viewed with the same potential as another.
3. The impact to this is the death of community and it forces us to be against one another to the point that we are willing to ignore other standpoints about the world… basically the 1ac turns the ballot into a standardized fill in the blank question that can only be answered one way.
The best thing that this file can be used for is to show the judge that the 1ac is either A. a giant case turn to itself or B. 8 minutes of positivist elitism
This file is based off of a netflix documentary i watched about the Earth Liberation Front and "environmental terrorism"
The argument is simple... currently congress is controlled by the Timber Industries and policies are enacted as an excuse to allow them to cut down more trees and create deforestation. infrastructure development is one of the leading causes of it, and the plan allows the industrialists to take advantage of that and make profit.
the alternative itself is a non violent sit in that involves us laying down in front of the theoretical equipment enlisted by the passing of the plan in order to prevent it from actually happening
This one wasn't intended to be one off, it actually goes great along side any disadvantage that claims things like Bio Diversity or warming impacts.
*on case* impact turns/epistemology indicts - econ - Heg - Cap - etc. (all stuff you can find in the politics of fear file that's also for sale ;D)

This is based off a pic I made on the poverty topic my junior year, the evidence was also used very frequently last year… the basic strategy behind this file is truth, the link is based on the way that modern status quo policies (especially space) ignores structural violence and the people who are oppressed by the failure to recognize it from a privileged position.
The file is a pretty easy argument; it doesn’t take a lot to win this argument … the way that I wrote it was meant to be 1 off, but this file can work any way you chose to run it.
