  5. Who uploaded the MNDI files? They are not complete. At all. Also, which mod has been moving the files without granting download permissions?

    New topic?

IPR. Please. It must be. I can't wait until next year's international topic. Latin America?
  7. I'm sorry, when did I call anyone stupid? I have a high level of respect for fullerton and I think they are extremely intelligent. All I was saying was one part of one of their arguments was flawed. And about stanford: We lost a round. I'll even admit we lost it badly. I'm not going to make any excuses. But does it really make you feel that good about yourself to come out of nowhere and anonymously insult me?
  8. well they did win stanford.
  9. The OAS alternative is just generally horrible. The Organization of American States' only real use is in dealing with sort of quasi-peacekeeping missions and trade. They're pesky little criminal court is funded by the US, and if it did something like this we would cut its funding, turning their international law alternative. Furthermore, the OAS court has ruled against the US on issues like the electoral college but we just laughed at them. You can probably turn back their Gift K because under the OAS court structure cases can only be brought up by STATES not citizens, which makes the states look good. Our team meeting on Teusday was basically "prep out for fullerton." See you today.
  10. Yes, last time they ran it, it was OAS.
  11. Are you going to the qualifier this weekend? I heard whispers that we might get some good policy judges. Well, judges who flow anyways. Hell, I'll be satisfied with a judge that knows what a disad is. OCSL tournaments are fun though, in a sick sort of way. Not as much stress.
  12. I, along with 1 or 2 others, have had to basically grow our team from scratch. Has anyone else successfully put together a team at their school?
  13. The problem is, you get those kids who you're not really sure if they are on the team.

    New topic?

At the tournament I went to just to watch (USC), there seemed to be pattern of a little bit of on case, T or a disad or two, and a large counterplan or K that the neg was really really prepped out for.
  15. Gut their solvency with alt cause and the fact that they lessened the number polygraph searches a few years ago. They have no brink evidence. A topicality that all government searches of employees automatically have probable cause. Run SOME sort of T of significance or a procedural or something. Polygraph - Not a search. I saw some stuff on lexis about this. Then your generics.
