  1. Whatever douche decided to start deleting files made me give up on the ftp. It's no longer worth my time and effort to moderate this thing. over the course of the debate season i drop over 120 dollars into webhosting, and it's cool to be able to help the community out, but this isn't worth my time. Sorry to all of you guys that actually used the ftp, and to those who contributed, but it's done. -J
  2. ftp.jnousky.com civil@jnousky.com pencil Just dont delete anything, and dont ask me questions about how to get on. If you're to stupid to access the evi, then i dont want to bother with explaining it. Cheers guys. -J

  4. To put it in terms that you'd understand, the status of my ftp is like that of an enemy combatant. So many people have been downloading and not uploading that i've gotten sick of it. I'm sick of people asking for help with the password they traded for, i'm sick of the "will you please walk me through using it," i'm sick of the "I'm a novice, i swear, let me use it for free," and it's just getting over the top. I'm happy how much use it got at the beginning of the year, we've had a little under half a terabyte of evi transferred, which is no small feat. I'd like to thank all of you who have uploaded, i'd like to thank all of you people who helped me move stuff from uploads into the proper directories. And i'd like all of you people who contributed to thank the people who freeloaded for screwing this up for you. I'll most definitely have this open next year, for when we're all madly looking for an aff case, etc. Hell, i might have it open sooner, i dont know, but it's temporarily heading to gitmo, because nobody knows what to do with it. -J
  5. I have UT from oceans, hit me up on aim. -J
  6. Hey, i'm on the lookout for war on durgs and natives affs. If anybody has copies, i'd love to trade for them, hit me up on aim at jnousky, or e-mail me at spam@jnousky.com -J
  7. UACPA 2004 and 2005, the aff will pass the 2005 version though. -J
  8. they vary a ton, usually pass the UACPA, or pass legislation ending detainment of kids without charge. -J
  9. Not all of the kids are in border states, solvency deficit... -J
  10. yup, there is, you're not to bright...
  11. Why is there a limit in the first place, it seems like excessive competition would be encouraged... -J
  12. The cases have links in them for advantages, simply turn the advantages. I've been running this, and instead of beefing my SP advantage up, i just took it out, stole the link, and hopefully this'll shaft the neg. -J
  13. I've got DDI's neg, but in reality, if there is a massive terrorist attack, we're going to have to detain people, so rex-84 makes sense to a degree. Granted, i've read the case, and it's interesting, and maybe winnable. -J
  14. Neg is all about Ex Parte Merryman, and how it all comes down to the executive:D. -J
