University of Puget Sound debate tournament in Tacoma, Washington. Andrew and I made it as the 13th seed. Andrew was 13th speaker. Yay for lucky 13's, I guess...That is all. I am tired.

And congratulations to the folks @ KCKCC this weekend. :)

I also want to throw in congratulations to Sheena Walters and Jessica Johnson (MoSt!), both former KS debaters who are consistently left out of the updates. Sheens made an awesome run to the sems of Emporia last weekend while Johnny was 11th speaker at KCKCC.

At Harvard, Matt Cormack was 6th speaker.

KU CJ cleared to what looks like Octos (since only 16 teams are listed (_8^(|) ). We won't know pairings till tommorrow.

Just to add to this Brad Hall was 4th speaker and also advanced to Octos.

Results from the good ole boys at Hillside High.

WSU CS (Coleman/Stone) dropped in octas to UMKC FR.

Certainly a loss that I wouldn't lose any sleep over if I were still debating.

WSU SW (Schoch/Weins) dropped in JV Finals to an OU team

In podunk McMinnville, Oregon, Linfield College held its debate/IE shindig. Lewis & Clark AE (Eric Atcheson/Tracy Erickson) again managed to break to double octas, win, and lose in octas.

I sense a pattern emerging.

You post your own results and seem like a complete tool in doing so?

1) Given that I am one of two (sometimes three) parli debaters from KS that regularly post on these forums, its on me to report how all KS debate alums are doing in general in parli, not just me (read some of my previous posts on this thread and on last year's thread and you'll notice that I often talk about how others are doing as well).

2) If what I do pisses you off so much, then just don't read my posts and save us all the trouble of having to read cheap shots like these.

3) I may be a tool for many reasons, but this ain't one of 'em. I surely am not the only debater who occasionally talks on c-x.com about how he/she does at various tournaments.

4) Bottom line, what you said was just uncalled for--you don't even know me. Backchannel me if it irks you so much. Otherwise, put a smile on your face, shut up, get over it, and move on with life instead of making low blows in public that you have no right making.

Even if he was being a "tool", at least he doesn't hide behind a new, anonymous screen name to make his comments.
