I did this in a bq round against our seniors in 2016, where we decided to have a 45 minute policy round instead of a bq round. I was not disappointed. I was gonna go with the welfare surveillance aff (because let's be honest the link turns for AB are right there if you want them), but the person I was debating with didn't like it 3.
