Who will win the NDT this year?

Recommended Posts

I hope if that happens that they walk MS over. I'm not sure though, considering GW is a higher seed

imo MS is clearly the better team, GW just got lucky in prelim draws

i agree with you. I initially predicted MS would win this tournament. But their near loss to UNLV in doubles has me wondering if i'll end up eating my words. And aren't Spurlock and Muppalla both seniors? it would be a crime not to walk them over

Indeed it would. But Wimsatt is also a senior, which is what makes it painful.

This is all assuming MS beats UCO next round though so idrk

If you weren't watching Gonzaga JS vs Michigan state WR, go have a look. Judd Kimball's rfd is a thing of beauty.

10/10 one of the most savage RFD's I've heard in awhile- but shame on MSU if they didn't adapt

It looks to me like octas is evenly split between k and policy teams (or rather, 8 policy teams 7 k teams and Weber State who I'm not familiar with and whose case wiki link is broken). And who said the ndt isn't open to diverse forms of debate.

By comparison - ceda octas had 13 k teams and 3 policy teams...

watching this debate now. this cp is insane. i don't know if i'm amazed or horrified. if the 2AC had understood what the cp does it would be so easy to destroy it imo - the cp spots the aff link and uniqueness for state politics disads in every state

Dang, both Cal teams are hitting each other in Quarters. I wonder who they're going to let walk since both Wimsatt and MS are Seniors. I feel they might let MS walk since Gray is a Freshman (I think), but SW had the better prelim record.

weber state is a K team (lots of different varieties of fem)

that makes it an even 8-8 split in terms of K and policy teams in octas

Rutgers vs unkc is gonna be evenly matched. If umkc is aff they have a high chance of winning like ceda prelims. If Rutgers is aff umkc has a second chance to beat them
