Need help on Constitutional Framework

I need some help figuring out a constitutional framework. Essentially I am trying to flesh out the idea that constituionalsm is a pre-req to morality- at least when the discourse is about rights in america- because when examining the "right and legality" in america, it goes back the constitution. I have heard of other frameworks, I am just trying to figure out how the framework works, and what I would need to argue

I don't think I agree with this argument, but you basically just need to win that following the law is to follow an agreed-upon moral code and that morality can be governed by changing the law, but that Constitutionalism is a baseline source of law and therefore of morality.

I think constitutionalism is a bit hyper specific. If you zoom out a bit, so to speak, you can do Social Contract deontology stuff, get into Locke and whatnot. I have some stuff that says the SocCon is a prereq to any form of morality within a society, msg me if you want it. And sorry for the deadposting.
