Prewritten impact overviews are likely to be ineffective - rather, you should explain what your impact is, contextualize it to your opponent's case, explain why you outweigh, and perhaps make turns case arguments.

Say your opponent has an economy advantage.

This might be a prewritten impact overview to a capitalism kritik:

"The impact is environmental degradation. Our evidence explains how capitalism causes a hunger for resources.

This is bad.

A. Magnitude - this will slowly cause extinction.

B. Probability - Environmental degradation is a slippery slope, now is the turning point.

Extinction outweighs."

While this is decent, it would be much more effective to understand your argument and go about explaining it in the context of the debate:

"The impact is environmental degradation. Our evidence explains why the Affirmative's hunger for economic stability and increased trade would further the cause for depleting natural resources.

This outweighs their war scenarios:

A. Magnitude - environmental degradation will inevitably collapse humanity eventually - their war scenarios would kill millions at worst.

B. Probability - the risk of their impact is minimal - prefer our scenarios because degradation is proven to be likely and is a slippery slope once we become dependent on those resources

Turns case - environmental degradation would exacerbate resource conflict and international tensions - this is much more likely to cause their war scenarios."

As far as grouping arguments, that's just to save precious time and answer multiple redundant arguments without having to repeat yourself.
