Recommended Posts

So, I know prompting is "Strongly discouraged" for NFL competition, but is open cross-ex (Everyone can ask/answer questions) allowed, or nah?

Yeah it's usually a no-go, unless you've got good judges (which is rare, especially in prelims). You could ask before the round if it's a must for you though.

I've looked up and down the rule book and they never say anything about it, so make sure it's ok with your opponents and judges and I say go for it.

I know I have intentions on open cross x because sometimes you just need two people to call out all their bull

Judging at NFL last year was pretty good. I had six speed rounds, so I don't think it was just me being lucky.
