I'm pretty sure that Levinas is infinite obligation to the other. It might resemble unconditional hospitality.

In what context? Levinas is taking about infinite obligation to the other, but he was also one of the most influential ethicists of the 20th century (playing a big role in Derrida, Fasxhing, etc.)

 

His affs are generally about some sprt of assistance for the oppressed (see Homelessness aff from 7wk a few years back, New OrleAns last year).

 

It gives some pretty sweet nietzsche ground, Derrida critiques Levinas a lot, some colonial epistemology, etc.
