well from what we can tell, both ghill and mba have been knocked out, as they do not appear in round 10.

the most likely teams that are undefeated are damien, gbs, and ....... i know its a longshot but i know this team semi-personally la costa canyon

no but i think that it is safe to assume that damien won becuase if they were neg, then they have a 95% chance of winning due to the fact that they ran medicare affs throughout the year and because reid is considered one of the best debaters in recent memory.

If they were aff, then they have one of the top speakers at this years TOC to contend with and Damien is running a pretty sweet aff from what i hear.

so ya Damien probably won

This is all speculation, but since any round between two 1 down's has to knock a team out, I would guess that:

One of Damien/GBN is undefeated, the other has one loss

One of Henry Grady/LaSalle

One of Whitney Young/Brophy

One of 217/Mountain Brook

One of CR Washington/La Costa Canyon

Yankton is probably 1 down

Rowland Hall is probably 1 down

Watertown is probably 1 down

Heritage Hall is probably 1 down

Hallsville is probably 1 down

Kent Denver is probably 1 down

GBS is probably 1 down

Baltimore City is probably 1 down

College Prep is probably 1 down

Bingham is probably 1 down

Highland Park has one loss, since they have the bye

I didn't account for the possibility of a pull-up round, so that probably throws some of that list off.

EDIT: I believe the team with the bye must have lost to a team still undefeated - it looks like the only possible undefeated Highland Park could have lost to is Whitney Young. So Whitney Young is probably undefeated and Brophy probably has 1 down.

well they have made it to round 10 and they havent hit any of the big national circut teams yet so i think we can assert that they are doing well

none of this shit matters at nfls. speculation of records based upon national success is almost always inaccurate at this tournament.

highland park should be undefeated. round 10 was against dulles ch, and i don't see dulles in round 11

It's a double elimination tournament, and they pair teams with 1 down together. If the team they hit last round is no longer in the tournament, that means they were likely 1 down. (With the exception of a pull-up round between an undefeated and a 1 down.)

EDIT: Also, an undefeated can't have the bye I believe.

Lots of random speculation.

If any of the above is true, then Round 11 would look something like:

Undefeateds:

124 Whitney Young vs. 134 CR Washington

252 College Prep vs. 276 La Salle

110 Mountain Brook vs. 270 La Costa Canyon

176 GBN vs. 217 ??

240 Kent Denver vs. 288 Henry Grady

(I think that 2 of these rounds are actually between 1 downs, and 1 is a pull-up. I can't tell which, though.)

1 downs:

268 Brophy vs. 246 Rowland Hall

145 Bingham vs. 186 Heritage Hall

218 Watertown vs. 208/9 Baltimore City College

175 Damien vs. 223 Hallsville (This could also be the pull-up, which would make Damien an undefeated.)

125 Yankton vs. 120 GBS

284 Highland Park bye

Again, all of this is a semi-educated guess.

GBN did defeat Damien (putting Damien down 1)

Henry Grady is down 1 (lost to Brophy rd 9)

La Salle is down 1 (Lost to Henry Grady rd 10)

Mountain Brook is down 1 (Lost rd 10).

I think this is the status of all the teams going into Round 11 then:

Undefeateds:

124 Whitney Young vs. 134 CR Washington

176 GBN vs. 217 ??

1 downs:

252 College Prep vs. 276 La Salle

268 Brophy vs. 246 Rowland Hall

145 Bingham vs. 186 Heritage Hall

110 Mountain Brook vs. 270 La Costa Canyon

240 Kent Denver vs. 288 Henry Grady

218 Watertown vs. 208/9 Baltimore City College

175 Damien vs. 223 Hallsville

125 Yankton vs. 120 GBS

284 Highland Park bye
