Failed Transaction - Admins Please Fix

A while ago I added $20 to my Evazon account and the payment didn't go through. I was, however, still billed for the same $20. Has anyone else had this problem? I've repeatedly PM'ed and Emailed admins to no reply. Could someone please make a fix to this problem? Thanks.

This happened to me about 6 months ago and I sent around 10 emails to support over the following few months and never received a single reply.
