Woodward 1st and 2nd Year Championship

Recommended Posts

I just wanted to let you all know that online entry is now avaliable for the Woodward 1st and 2nd Year National Championship on Joy of Tournaments.

Our tournament will be held on March 26-28th at Woodward Academy in Atlanta. If you are interested in attending please see the full invite here. http://www.joyoftournaments.com/ga/woodward/info.asp

Our tournament consistently brings together some of the best 1st and second year debaters from across the country. Woodward is conveniently located 1 mile away from the Atlanta airport and we shuttle our participants to and from the tournament hotel so its a relatively cheap tournament to attend.

Roy Levkovitz

Director of Debate

Woodward Academy

Why not just use the NDCA Caselist? A centralized caselist is the easiest and most predictable way to disclose, facilitates the open spread of information to a wider audience, allows JV and Novice debaters to have their own wiki among their varsity debaters that makes it easy to see what kind of arguments their varsity to make and therefore that they are more likely to make.

Last year was a bit more consistant than the wiki and allowed people to know what people will be running for the prelims. It should be done again this year...hopefully.
