Nixa Annual Classic Tournament

We will be hosting our annual Speech and Debate Tournament on November 7th and 8th, 2008.

 

The tournament will start on Friday, November 7th, at 3:00 p.m. and run until 10:00 p.m. Saturday, November 8th, the tournament will begin at 8:00 a.m. and run until 8:00 p.m.

 

We will need approximately 100 judges per round of competition. If you could judge for us, we would greatly appreciate your help!

 

Just select the times that you would be available to judge, and we will schedule you for those times. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at 417-631-6720.

 

 

Friday November 7th

6:30-8:00 Round 1 Debate

8:00-9:30 Round 2 Debate

 

Saturday November 8th

9:30-11:00 Round 3 Debate

11:00-12:30 Round 4 Debate

1:00-2:00 Finals Individual Events

2:30-4:00 Quarter-Finals Debate

5:00-6:30 Semi-Finals Debate

6:30-8:00 Finals of Debate

 

Call me, text me, P.M. me, if you can judge. We rarely get qualified judges. I know everyone attending will appriciate it.

Sorry to anyone who asked us what we run today, we wanted to have at least one round without disclosure with our new aff. We bascially pass Health Care for Hybrids act, it was in Congress back in '06 but never passed. It covers partial retiree healthcare worker costs for auto inudstries in exchange for alternative fuel development.
