emagnotti 172 Report post Posted November 12, 2008 My apologies to anyone who was planning on registering. Due to a football game and lack of parking and transportation for several interested teams, UVA has decided to cancel the tournament
hylanddd 468 Report post Posted November 12, 2008 You're kidding? The University is allowing football to trump academics...wait, stupid question - of course they are! UGH.
SPREZZIDENT 3967 Report post Posted November 12, 2008 my understanding was that the football game was just an inconvenience, whereas the inability of interested teams to attain transportation to the tournament was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back but i may have misinterpreted the details in the meeting; this is always a possibility
mothergus 10 Report post Posted November 14, 2008 Mr. Richards of BRHS heard that the UVA tournament has been canceled. Is this true?
mothergus 10 Report post Posted November 14, 2008 I saw emagnotti's message - my team at DHS is very disappointed because they were looking forward to attending the tournament.
