Judging:

Congress: One judge for every five Congress entries or every fraction thereof

Speech: One judge for every five speech entries or every fraction thereof

LD: one judge for every four debaters (this is if there is two flights) or every fraction thereof

Policy: one judge for every two teams or every fraction thereof

PF: one judge for every four teams or every fraction thereof

For example, if you have six Congress entries, you must bring two judges. (This is the same as required at a Wacfl tournament)

My apologies to anyone who was planning on registering. Due to a football game and lack of parking and transportation for several interested teams, UVA has decided to cancel the tournament :(

my understanding was that the football game was just an inconvenience, whereas the inability of interested teams to attain transportation to the tournament was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back

but i may have misinterpreted the details in the meeting; this is always a possibility
