KCKCC TOC/DCI Tournament Oct. 31-Nov 2

Recommended Posts

Given that KCKCC has been hosting its college tournament, I suspect that Chief has been a little busy. I'm sure he will get something official up online very soon.

Previously I emailed the invite to all past attendees. Many people did not receive it. I am thinking that given the number of recipients, school filters assumed it was spam and didnt allow it through.

If you or anyone you know needs a copy of the invite, please email me at delliott@kckcc.edu

I tried posting here but it wont post--perhaps it is too big.

thanks,

chief

I wish I could debate at the KCKCC Tournament again this year -- unfortunately schedule conflicts make it impossible.

I recommend it for anyone and everyone who can attend.

It's an extremely well run tournament.

Does anyone still need a judge or somebody to help out teams? You should email me if you do. derekz[at]ksu.edu. I'd be willing to fill out nearly any judging commitment, and in terms of pay, would just want enough to justify food/gas to the tourney.

I'm two years out, and can help teams flexibly whether they're policy or contemporary.

It's still a KSHSAA tournament, the only rule for that is the tournament just has to specify allowing laptops.

But yes you can use a laptop.

I will also be judging next weekend. Please strike me (or at least bring something else to run) if you want to run performance in the 8am Saturday round, as I will be rather grumpy with you.

Additionally, John Cook, I claim some of your free time while you're in town. I've missed you!
