2008 Novice Round Up - St. Mark's

Recommended Posts

Registration for the 2008 Novice Round Up to be held at St. Mark's is now open at:

http://www.joyoftournaments.com/tx/roundup/info.asp

This year it will be held on May 9 and 10 (Friday and Saturday).

We usually attract a diverse field of competitors that include some of the best novices in the country but also students with less experience. Each school is invited to bring up to 4 teams until we reach our limit of 32 teams.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Tim Mahoney

How many prelim rounds are there and what do you have to do to get an award?

6 prelims and winning is a pretty good way to get awards

and for the affs being ran I (Little Rock OC) am feeling Water or DDI Shawneeism.

Congratulations to those who advanced to the elimination rounds, especially Hebron LP. Though I have never seen you guys debate, I am glad that policy debate has not died there yet.
