The clean up will be undertaken by the Department of Energy and the waste will be disposed of within deep drilled boreholes in tectonically stable Precambrian crystalline craton within on site areas in Sub Saharan Africa. The transportation of this waste will go through normal means safety procedures for current waste transfer such as the Cooperative Threat Reduction program. Any questions feel free to ask.

Nick, on the PL 480 (food for peace aff), do you overturn all of PL 480?

 

I don't expressly say in the plan text that PL 480 gets overturned, its more that I fiat the American Food For Peace Program be premited to purchase food from SSSA countries.
