I debated for four years at Portage Northern, qualified for the TOC twice (went 4-3), had perfect (12-0) prelim records at states my junior and senior years, won states my senior year, was a semifinalist at St. Mark's, and won loads of speaker awards. I debated for three years. I was a Varsity States Runner-Up last year, traveling to a few national tournaments with a couple of close bids (but sadly, obtaining none). At the state level, I won DCD and Okemos and was a runner-up at Groves and Dexter.
