Recommended Posts

Well, the only GL NFL competitor I know for sure that is still in is Derrick Cooper of Belleville West, Illinois state champ, and a guy who has won every tournament he attended this year. He is in DI finals, so yay DC. GBS withdrew from the tournament after round 9 and GBN dropped in round 10. That aside...

i judged a policy semi today, i was like a kid in a candy store, i was so excited.

i was surprised to find myself coming very close to voting for a PIC. i guess that's yet another thing i need to adjust in my paradigm in the future.

Jeff--i saw MBA running new jersey v TLO against wichita east i believe, who ran a metal detectors PIC. 4-1 aff. The 2nc stopped after 5 minutes in that round--must have been nerves. we were all a little shocked. i was keeping time and told him--he just paused for a second and finished the speech. it was still a good round though. I personally thought MBA won that final too.

Those edgy PICs...watch out. Next thing you know, you'll find yourself voting for kritiks. :)
