Flying with Tubs

Recommended Posts

When debaters fly, do the standard 16 gallon tubs get checked as part of the two pieces of luggage we can usually check in for free? If they don't, how much does it cost to check a tub? How do you suggest I handle the dolly?

That counts as a piece of luggage??? Hmm...That information could really help for nationals.

Tubs=free on most airlines unless over 50 pounds.

Dolly=depending on the size. Some of the large dolly's you have to check as cargo-it's still free though. (It just means when you get to your destination you have to go to the "special desk" for your dolly, they dont come down the little ramp thingy.
