neg positions brain storm

Recommended Posts

with all this talk of fx being huge, i think peopl may be not be looking at a procedural argumetn that could be very compeling this year.... the dreaded E-Spec.

Enforcement Specification has always been, to me, the ONLY legitamate spec argument. With the plethera of effectualy topical plans that will be out there next year f-x debates will get old fast...hell i'm already tired of them. However my thinking is that unless there plan text creates some sort of mandatory service (which could be labeled extra topical...maybe) then they can never garuntee enforcement. This only gives them a risk of solvency for the plan and the judge should vote neg to avoid the definate impacts of the D/a .

i think i'm undercovering E-spec a little bit but you get the idea, i hope.

If I had to judge a round with both effects topicality and enforcement specification in it I would be very sad.

I can promise you no e-spec. ;)

Civil Military Relations relations is always a pretty popular argument. Almost as popular as Automated Teller Machine machines.

By rejecting any case that isn't mandatory & voting on the extra topicality of mandatory topics, there's basically no case that is topical and legit. This would be a very compelling argument.

Your interpretation is incredibly one-sided, in that you basically hand every round to the NEG, either on bio-power or E-Spec.

socialist society solves for all of the harms of this topic so if you were to run a socialism cp then you could claim any solvency and you could also run a capitalism K with it as net benefit, which would be a nice slap in the face for any aff team next year

a socialism cp sounds very theoretically illegit, lets try a capitalism criticism with the alternative of socialism...this way u dont have to debate CP theory shit.

Probably not. There is a reason socialism fails. I think the debate about whether or not that CP is object fiat or not has come up on these fora before (don't bank on it, it's not my area of expertise). I'm also curious how this would work out as a CP, how you're going to solve back case, and even if you do how you're going to avoid "socialism sucks" disads.

I also wonder how your alt is socialism...explain..
