    *A-Spec - Latin America - Reduced Price*

Yes, I know what you are thinking: A-Spec is dumb. And about 90 percent of the time, I would adamantly agree with you. However, I recently came across a number of really good cards about bureaucratic agency politics empirically undermining US engagement with Latin America. These cards are extremely specific and high quality. The coolest part of this component of the argument is that oftentimes the 2AC will just read their generic frontline to A-Spec and completely forget about the solvency debate. So in the block, you can just go for the substantive component of the argument and crush them on presumption + a disadvantage. Judges are often very unwilling to let the aff recover after a mistake like this, especially when you read several high-quality cards supporting your argument. This file is fully prepped through the negative block.

    T-Subsets ***PRICE REDUCED

    Table of Contents

This argument is really simple. I took the T-Subsets i.e. in is throughout and wrote 2NC blocks for it. This is going to be a really clutch file to have during the end of the season because teams will be breaking a lot of new squirly affs. Having a well blocked out T file that is responsive to basically any aff helps heg against getting caught off guard. Most debaters are bad at debating T meaning that a debater that learns how to get good at debating T has an easy time winning neg debates. I make a lot of nuanced and tricky arguments in this file that will most likely not be answered by 1As making the 2NR a walk in the park. Any questions email me.

T Incentives must be Positive and 2nc Blocks

    Table of Contents

Tired of teams reading regulation affirmatives that avoid many of the core disadvantages and case turn arguments that you have prepared for the positive incentive cases? This file gives you all of the evidence and blocks you need to call these affirmatives out and draw a line in the sand. While many people may consider affirmatives that mandate reduction of carbon emissions or use of alternative energy topical, many authors in the literature draw a distinction between these affirmatives and those that offer positive incentive for the use of alternative energy. The evidence in this file is contextual to incentives for alternative energy and written by experts in the field and will quickly take down teams who read evidence that only defines the word “incentive”. With round ready 2nc blocks to answer every 2ac argument worth its weight, this file will make executing this argument easy and efficient. This file is more than just a shell with a 2nc overview. It also includes:- Cards (written by experts) supporting and impacting the standards.- 2nc cards supporting the predictability and desirability of the 1nc interpretation.- Sophisticated answers to things like “states counterplan justifies negative incetives”- 2nc extensions of every standard that go beyond the buzz words- and a short and long version of the 1nc shellHere’s a preview of one of the pieces of 2nc evidence:"There are two main categories of renewable energy policies. The first category gives some financial incentives to encourage renewable energy" ...."The second category of renewable energy policies is called rules and regulations, which mandate a certain action from an obligated entity. Included within this category are renewable portfolio standards, equipment certification, solar/wind access laws, and green power purchasing/aggregation polices [13]."

    Alternative Energy T Violations

    Table of Contents

Two excellent T violations. Both together are 25 pages, and are unique and guaranteed round-winners. They will also help make sure you don't lose to an unpredictable new or break-round aff.The first T violation is alternative energy = wind, solar, nuclear and hydro- nothing else. The violation is supported by an overview, we meet answers block, counter-interpretation answers frontline, answers to the four most likely specific counter-interpretations, answers to common arguments and a frontline to ethanol cases for the 2NC or 1NR.The second T violation is that nuclear energy is not alternative energy- the cards to support this are amazing. This violation also has an overview, answers to the most likely we meet arguments, a frontline to answer counter-interpretations, and answers to the most likely aff arguments.

    Agriculture/Malnutrition not Public Health

This is a violation to be used against teams that deal with agriculture or treat malnutrition. It is useful against agricultural biotech cases like the ones Colleyville and Greenhill read all year, and cases about food aid like the ones Dallas Jesuit read. The basis argument is that you have to treat communicable diseases to be topical, and malnutrition isn't one.

    South Africa not in SSA

This is a violation to be read against teams that read a single country AFF to South Africa. There are at least 6 independent reasons why South Africa should not be included in the list of countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. These reasons are supported with evidence and there is additional evidence to prove how this undermines NEG ground.

FRAMEWORK/ POLICY MAKING GOOD - AFRICA TOPIC

    Table of Contents

This is a theory/framework file designed to run against teams that do not defend "traditional" policy debate. This file can double as an affirmative defense of fiat against the Kritik. This file is not your ordinary framework file; it has defenses of policy debate from both the left and the right. This file has never-before-read evidence to answer some of the most popular kritiks of topicality:That topicality allows for racist and sexist language. This file includes evidence that rejecting rules (like T) sets the groundwork for tolerating sexism and racism. That topicality is exclusionary - This file includes evidence that not only are exclusions inevitable, but exclusions are necessary for meaningful debate to occur. That debate has no real effect - we have never-before-read evidence that "double-guessing" policy decisions will prevent the state from enacting oppressive policies and that political education *must* focus on policy for radical projects (like the aff) to come about. And many more arguments - including - rejecting T allows for a right take over, Limits are good for a true public sphere and that switch side debate is necessary for tolerance of others. This file will help you both on the negative and on the affirmative, from the first round of the year to the last. It’s ready-to-run, with a 1NC shell and extension cards.

    T Troops

    Table of Contents

This argument is sweet in my mind. Apparently people don’t run it for some reason. This is great because people will blow it off and treat it as inconsequential. Here are some things to remember – this argument is 3 in one: troops, 7 out of the 17 areas, and substantial. Don’t be afraid to go for 1 of these in the 2nr. Clearly answering the CI is the most important – always read the AT: CI support is “x” because it has answers that apply to all CIs or support. Then insert the specific block if there is one.Lastly, go through these blocks before you read them. There are offensive jokes you might not want to read given a certain judge or your personality. Good luck and have fun, this is a great deal for 5 bucks.

Topicality - Civil Liberties + Aspec

    Table of Contents

Complete Topicality file for the Civil Liberties topic. Includes 1NC Shells and tons of more definitions for each word in the topic. It includes my own topic analysis in the beginning of the file, with some interesting insight. Also included -- a great 2AC block to the Topicality argument that "Should is that past tense of Shall"! Never lose to it again!Besides all of this, the file also comes with a *complete* Agent Specification file. When I finished writing my file for Michigan State, I included it here for you. Comes with a 2NC Overview and extensive answers to all the best Affirmative responses. The 2NC Blocks are long, and complete. Trust me -- even if you've already got an Aspec file, you haven't seen anything like this. Good for the rest of your debate career.

This is an OSPEC file with 27 pages of "answer to" blocks a 1NC and a 2NC/1NR overview. I think I've covered every answer I've ever heard. This is an argument that a technical debater can win on and that any team can suck a minute of the 2AC up with. If the 2AC stumbles - capitalize on the mistake and take it to them. This is a great argument for the 1NR and a great argument against a team that uses the Department of Forestry to do their plan on the Mental Health Topic. Good Luck - and I promise its worth the 5 dollars.
