I realize only about 2% of affs claim warming in their 1ac (maybe less)....but warming is a re-occurent big impact in debate (particularly in terms of cap and trade). Salt water dingies might be a plausible non-intrinsic to answer "Cap and trade good" if there are people so bold out there.

Also the argument that there is a 40 year timeframe to get rid of existing carbon in the atmosphere.
