Is the H1N1 vaccine a government conspiracy?

If you think about it, it seems like it could be.

China made the vaccine.
The "90,000 death" theory came from the government.
So doesn't it seem like a scare tactic?

I don't know. Sorry if something like this has already been posted, but this whole situation seems fishy to me.

I don't think they created the virus, but it's definitely being blown out of proportion by someone. Government scientists though that there would be 1/3 of America infected by August 6 months ago and it's September. Seems like a lot of bull shit if you ask me

Personally I think 109 people were just assasinated at random as a scare tactic by the government, and the others that were supposedly ill just had influenza, but maybe that's just me....

I doubt this is a gov't conspiracy for the same reason I don't doubt that we landed on the moon, that the government wasn't involved in 9/11, and that AIDS developed natually: I don't believe the government could pull off a conspiracy of this magnitude.

This is the federal government that couldn't keep Watergate silent, comprised of political organs that leak information like a sieve when it's politically advantageous, that couldn't sweep NSA wiretaps of US citizens under the rug, and can't even capture or kill a single guy hiding in remote mountains for over eight years. If swine flu were a government conspiracy, it would have failed already...
