There is really only one politics bill debate happening right now and that is the payroll tax cut debate. The omnibus spending bill is currently tied to the payroll tax debate so everything is intertwined. This file continues to bring the negative new uniqueness for reading payroll tax cuts, and for the aff answers both politics DAs and includes bonus answers to the debt downgrade DA. Lincoln Garrett is a senior and 4 year debater for Liberty University. He has been a lab leader for Capitol Debate Institute, and helped Mountain Brook and Bronx Science at the last two TOCs. He has appeared in elimination rounds at Harvard, Wake Forest, Kentucky, GSU and many other tournaments. He is a two time NDT qualifier as well.
