Obama's only focus for the last few months has been his jobs bill. Payroll tax cuts are a part of his overall plan and critical votes will be happening soon. This scenario should allow you to avoid thumpers and because the situation has changed so much since Thanksgiving teams must be updated to have any chance.

Lincoln Garrett is a senior and 4 year debater for Liberty University. He has been a lab leader for Capitol Debate Institute, and helped Mountain Brook and Bronx Science at the last two TOCs. He has appeared in elimination rounds at Harvard, Wake Forest, Kentucky, GSU and many other tournaments. He is a two time NDT qualifier as well.
