Obama is not spending actual political capital on much in the political world. There is renewed pressure to pass the China bill growing now. The file has on emphasis on cards from today so that you can deal with the tricky state of Congress and Obama right now. This should help you win the most tenuous part of the DA which is uniqueness based right now.
