This week's Thursday File help fill out the China bashing scenario that was begun last week. The uniqueness focuses on recent developments in Congressional hearing with the Obama administration. The file has a major focus on impacts. In addition all the cards from last week are included.

Thursday File October 28th
Ross Garrett is an assistant coach for New Trier his teams have cleared at St. Mark's this season. Additionally as an assistant coach for Samford it was an octofinalist at the NDT and was ranked throughout the season in the top 25 coaches poll. He was an assistant debate coach at Mountain Brook High School and an instructor at the Spartan, Samford and Liberty Debate Institutes.. His Mountain Brook teams cleared at the TOC received, took 3rd at NFL nationals, won the Barkley Forum at Emory, received top speaker at Blake, and bid at every major tournament.
