This week's Thursday File author, CJ Clevenger, has provided some insight into how this week's file will operate:

Just giving everyone a heads up, that the Thursday File is on its way. It will be posted around noon, CST. As the author of the file, I am waiting to post the initial file as long as possible on Thursday, as there are some CRITICAL votes about to happen in the House and Senate tomorrow. This will give us a chance to get the reaction to those votes too you, and ensure that you have a reliable politics scenario going into this weekend.

If after noon, more votes occur that change the politics landscape Thursday. This file will be updated to reflect those critical votes and the reactions to them. This is done very simply, if you purchased the file before the updates are put in, there will be a new version of the same file posted with the updates in it which you will be able to go and re-download to get the updates which will be flagged at the top of the file. This will allow people to purchase the file early in the day, read and prep most of it and then make adjustments to the updates.

I will plan on posting the updates to the file at approximately 4:30, so look back then as well. I will also send out a post letting everyone know that the update has been made.
