| | Description | This week's Thursday file features an Iraq pullout bad disad. The story is that following General Patreaus's congressional testimony, Bush has saved some face over the Iraq war giving him just enough political leverage to fight off the democrats calling for a full withdrawal. The plan diverts Bush's capital/focus causing a pullout and war etc. It's a better Bush Good disad than you'd think because all of the generic bush is a lame duck etc. evidence won't assume the post-Patreaus political climate specific to Iraq.
